Every diet requires the famous snacks or snacks that allow us to control hunger when it is present in the hours prior to scheduled meals or ingestion.
These attacks irresistible to the meal or snack after hours may be motivated by different factors ranging from extra energy expenditure, to an emotional situation such as anxiety, for example.
