Five ways to start a healthy day

Just start the day since the alarm clock can make our day more healthy. With simple tricks and habits of our early days we will be better and the batteries charged. Although you sure you have more ways to start a healthy day, I put five here, who want to expand on what we expect in the comments:
* Looking for the perfect time to wake. We have spoken many times on the stage of sleep and how important it is not interrupted at the wrong time. We saw a clock that wakes you up at the right hour, but we can also get the hang of sleep and know what time it is ours not to wake with the horrible feeling of not having slept.
* A full breakfast can not miss: milk, fruit, toast and cereal is an example of a complete breakfast. Nothing of a coffee run, which the body needs energy to start the day.
