Botox is a molecule that inhibits excessive contraction of facial muscles responsible for wrinkles of facial expression secondary. The treatment is very simple since it consists of injections with a fine needle in a predetermined points of the facial region. Is especially useful in facial wrinkles and frown lines.

Botulinum toxin produces paresis (mild paralysis) of the mimetic muscles of the face that are responsible for expression wrinkles between the eyebrows, forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet and perioral and nasal dorsum.
