Dr. Robert Sherwin, who has worked on this research, said: “I think there may be essentially biological reasons behind the fact that some people can not control their desire for food.”

But this can not be a justification for a state that can be seriously detrimental to health as well as beauty. Genetics aside, it is essential to provide adequate physical activity daily and eat healthily and properly, allowing themselves the goodies maybe once or twice a week. Then there will be those who have been helped more by nature and has a metabolism faster, not easily accumulate liquid and has no annoying fat pads. But eating healthily and doing sports is a right and a duty of all to themselves, regardless of the hit parade of beauty parades.
